A damaged starship stranded in dangerous deep space in Project Infinite Horizons.

Project Infinite Horizons

Working title. Final title not announced.

Project Infinite Horizons is a working-title sci-fi roguelike deckbuilder about a stranded starship crew, card combat, route planning, ship systems, and hard choices on the way home.

Plot the route. Play the cards. Keep the crew alive.

Game Loop

Every jump is a decision.

Pick a route. Face an encounter. Fight with cards. Spend scarce resources. Repair what broke. Upgrade what survived. Then decide if the next jump is worth the risk.

A starship captain and navigator choosing a dangerous route home from a holographic star map.

Card Combat

Fight with cards, not cooldown bars.

Weapons, shields, torpedoes, repairs, tactical plans, and captain orders all enter your hand. Some turns are about damage. Some are about survival. Some are about setting up the one move that keeps the ship alive.

Two starships dueling in deep space with weapons fire, shields, torpedoes, and battle damage.

Crew

Your crew changes what the ship can do.

Crew roles shape your options in combat and encounters. The right officer in the right station can open a path, save the ship, or change the run.

Ship Systems

The ship carries the run.

Hull damage matters. Shields do not fix themselves. Weapons, torpedoes, energy, systems, and upgrades decide how much risk you can survive.

Why It’s Different

A card game about command under pressure.

The cards are how you act, but the run is what you are trying to preserve. You are responsible for the ship, the crew, the route, and the damage that carries forward.

Inspired by old RPG parties, tactical campaigns, dangerous expeditions, starship crews, and runs that go sideways in memorable ways.
